Founder and CEO
Mônica is the Founder and the Managing Director of FELIZ Consulting.
She is basically from Brazil and is a dynamic and committed individual who has a unique passion for people. She strongly believes that coaching and learning is not only about the workplace, but it's also about how we carry those skills and theories forward in our everyday lives.
Mônica is dedicated to help people to improve their personality and performance. With over 15 years of experience, she is one of the strongest pillars of FELIZ Consulting.
