We would like to share a simple acronym as a fast tip in terms of communication: AIMB for you to note and learn!
A stand for Audience: Care about the audience before any contact, be it an email or a presentation. Try to know who they are? Junior, prime, peers, future company? Is there any detail you have about them and their background? The more you know your audience, the more you will be able to interact,, establish connections, and winning company with them.
I stand for Intention: When talking, what is your main aim and intention? Your purpose is to educate, teach, inspire? Before designing your post, think about it.
M stands for Message: What is the message from you? Is it succinct and clear? Think of the message as the one main thing you want to remember or do during your contact with your audience.
B stands for Benefits: Whenever we connect, we need to worry about our audience's future gains. Why do we ask them to buy? What do they gain? Or may gain?! Might it be visibility, improved outcomes, revenues, incentives, team development?! And if the benefits are not readily apparent, you should think about the potential advantages for your audience as a successful communicator.
